Eligibility

• For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for "change of mind".

• Due to the special nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed. For specific details, please refer to the after-sales service.

After-Sales Service

Circumstances of Not Receiving the Goods:

1. If the package is intercepted en route, the customer shall bear the interception fee and return freight (same as the shipping freight).

2. Refusing the parcel without reason: The customer shall bear the return freight or send it back themselves; collect on delivery is not accepted (a refund can be made after the warehouse verifies the product correctly; no refund will be given if the product affects secondary sales).

3. Package lost: This means the tracking information has not been updated for a long time and the package status is abnormal. (You are required to provide full English screenshots of the order on the platform (partial screenshots are invalid), which must show the customer's delivery address + tracking number + value. After we file a claim, we can provide a full refund or reissue the package.)

4. If you need to change the package address during transit: The customer needs to bear the operation fee and address change fee; the change is not guaranteed to be successful, and the operation fee will still be charged if unsuccessful.

5. If the package has been signed for but the customer reports not receiving it: No claim will be given if the signature service was not purchased, and only POD (Proof of Delivery) signing evidence can be provided. If an investigation is required, proof of not receiving the goods (e.g., door monitoring) must be provided before the investigation can be initiated (the investigation may not be successful).

Upon Receipt of the Goods:

1. If the packaging and product are damaged: Timely provide photos of the outer box + photos of the outer box label + photos of the damaged product (compensation will be given based on the degree of damage; if the product is damaged to the point of being unusable, it can be reissued to the customer free of charge or a full refund will be provided).

2. Dolls from overseas warehouses are made of TPE material, and the facial makeup is painted on, which may wear off. Fading of makeup during use by the customer is not considered a quality issue.

3. Overseas warehouse dolls have ordinary skeletons; the skeleton cannot be broken by force, and the limit of postures is those that a normal person can perform (please refer to the manual).

4. Product quality issues must be reported within 3 days; otherwise, no handling will be provided.

5. Due to the special nature of the product, personal health products do not accept returns or exchanges without reason; only reissuance or compensation will be provided for quality issues.

6. If the customer returns the parcel without authorization: The warehouse may not locate the parcel, or no compensation will be given if the product affects secondary sales.it will not give compensation.
